I’ve finally moved up to 2001 technology and got myself an iPod (well, actually my wife got one from work that I have confiscated)! Okay, as much as Apple sucks at marketing Operating Systems (Sorry JK, but its true), they do the hardware thing really well.
The aftermarket community is thriving too. Griffin has many cool addons to the iPod, including FM transmitters and car kits. I’d love to drop the iPod into my car, but failing that, the stand/charger/transmitter combo is pretty cool too. Even after its been on the market for 3 years, other MP3 players just don’t measure up.
