McDonald’s has announced that by the end of the year wireless access will be available in its restaurants in three cities.
Fast food customers in Chicago, New York, and a California city to be announced will have access to one hour of Internet access after purchasing a combo. An additional hour will cost $3, or simply buy another combo. This is a good step forward toward ubiquitous WiFi access. Just watch the waistline!
